Overseer Designate ZABRINA Mitchell is the middle of ten children, the supposed “black sheep”, of the family, obviously different from the rest. The Hand of the Lord has been on her life all of her life. She has earned her doctorate in Biblical Counseling from Next Dimension Bible College, she has been a proud member of Victory Temple of Deliverance Ministries since 2005, she hails as the first Associate Pastor of the ministry, and proudly takes her seat amongst the Associate Pastors as the Sr. Associate Pastor, the Overseer and right hand of her Bishop. She is a Chaplain with the Riverside County Sheriffs Dept. and is the proud Founder of Taking Back my Femininity Ministries. A teacher extraordinaire, God has gifted her with the distinct ability to bring His Word to light. She is a modern day Prophet yielded to the Heart and Mind of God, she is used as His mouth piece as well as His Hands extended in the earth realm.
